To avail the facility of this website you will have to register yourself either by filling up the form online or by downloading the form and sending it to us after filling, by courier, post or email.
 
All registered members will be given a registration number which will be used in all future correspondence.

1. All details and information provided by you should be accurate and true. TaqwaMarriage.com expects all its members to be God fearing with a strong desire to refrain from everything that can invite the wrath on Allah.
2. TaqwaMarriage.com does not have and cannot have any control over the information given by the members on their character, personality or behavior and this website or its management cannot be held responsible for any breach of good faith that might occur from any of its members.
3. By registering on this website and using its facilities you would be deemed to be agreeing that you will not push other members for caste and sub-caste details. By registering on this website you would be deemed to be agreeing not to demand dowry in any form whatsoever. All persons who want to register on this website should be of marriageable age i.e. 18 years or above for females and 21 years or above for males. Persons below this age are requested not to register. Guardians of boys and girls of marriageable age can register on behalf of their wards. However they should clearly specify their relation with the boy or the girl. If, at any time, TaqwaMarriage.com finds any reason to believe(at its sole discretion) that you are not eligible for marriage or have provided false information, your membership will be cancelled. In all such cases whose membership is cancelled, the registration money will not be returned.
4. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on this website. Please refrain from doing so. All such profiles will be deleted and their registration cancelled. In all such cases no refund will be made.
5. The profiles of eligible boys and girls sent to you are solely for your viewing and not for distribution. They are also not meant for commercial use in any form whatsoever. All such uses will be illegal.
6. TaqwaMarriage.com will try its best to recommend suitable matrimonial relations to all members who register on this website. However, registration on this website does not make it obligatory on us to provide you with suitable matrimonial relations.
7. Registration with TaqwaMarriage.com means that the member is ready to receive emails, phone calls and other correspondences in this regard both from TaqwaMarriage.com and from other members registered with it.
8. TaqwaMarriage.com will bear no responsibility whatsoever for any dispute that arises amongst members for any reason whatsoever. TaqwaMarriage.com will act only as a provider of information posted on its website by the members through registration. We do not vouch for the authenticity of any such information.
9. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in New Delhi, India only.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold TaqwaMarriage.com and its management fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
11. By registering with TaqwaMarriage.com you acknowledge that your use of the Services and the Website is solely at your own choice.

15. Profile registered on Taqwamarriage.com will be suspended if it is not available during verification on call.
16. TaqwaMarriage.com is not a dating site and never intends to be one. All visitors are, therefore requested not to indulge in any such activity by using the information provided by this website. Any who indulges in such activity will be liable to prosecution under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
17. Taqwamarriage.com has rights to publish profile under success story if marriage will be done or engaged with help of its portal.
18. Taqwamarriage.com has rights to suspend or delete existing account if it founds any information which are false.
19. Any online payment after accepting terms and conditions will be non refundable.
20. Taqwamarriage.com work with their Partners in different cities across the country and will communicate to match and help our users.
21. Taqwamarriage.com will allow to use one registration for one profile only and it will not allow to change to other's details. Profile will be suspended or deleted if it founds under this.
22. Age proof, Photograph and Address proof will be verified by requested documents. Registration will be cancelled or suspended if requested document will not be provided by user within 15-30 days from registration.
23. Any person who has changed his religion must provide their legal document and only Muslim name will be allowed as it is a community base website for Muslims only.

2. TaqwaMarriage.com आपके कैरेक्टर या सदस्यों द्वारा दी गई जानकारी पर कोई एख्तेयार नहीं रखता है और इस वेबसाइट या इसके प्रबंधन (मैनेजमेंट) को किसी भी सदस्य से होने वाले खेलाफवर्जी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जा सकता है।

4. इस वेबसाइट पर एक ही व्यक्ति के कई प्रोफाइल बनाने की इजाज़त नहीं है। कृपया ऐसा करने से बचे। इस तरह के सभी प्रोफाइल हटा दी जायेगी और उनका रजिस्ट्रेशन ख़त्म  कर दिया जाएगा। ऐसे सभी मामलों में कोई रिफंड नहीं की जायेगी।

6. TaqwaMarriage.com इस वेबसाइट पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करने वाले सभी सदस्यों के लिए मुनासिब रिश्ता कराने की कोशिश करेगा। हालांकि, इस वेबसाइट पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के बाद रिश्ते हम करा ही देंगे ये भी जरूरी नहीं है।
7. TaqwaMarriage.com में  रजिस्ट्रेशन का मतलब है कि सदस्य के साथ  इस संबंध में TaqwaMarriage.com और इसके साथ रजिस्टर्ड अन्य सदस्यों से रिश्ते के लिये ईमेल और फोन कॉल  स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार है ।
8. TaqwaMarriage.com सदस्यों के बीच होने वाले किसी भी विवाद के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। TaqwaMarriage.com केवल रजिस्ट्रेशन सदस्यों द्वारा, जो जानकारी  वेबसाइट पर पोस्ट की गई उसके लिए काम करेगा। हम इस तरह की किसी भी जानकारी को सही होने की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं रखते हैं।
9. यदि साइट या सेवा को शामिल करने या साइट का उपयोग करने के बारे में कोई विवाद है, तो आप बिना शर्त इस बात से सहमत हैं कि ऐसे सभी विवाद और / या मतभेद भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगे और इसका  क्षेत्राधिकार/दायेरेकार नई दिल्ली न्यायालय/अदालत  होगा।
10. आप TaqwaMarriage.com और उसके प्रबंधन (मैनेजमेंट) को किसी भी नुकसान, देयता, दावे, या मांग से पूरी तरह से मुआवज़ा और हानिरहित (बिना किसी नुक्सान के) रखने के लिए सहमत हैं, किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा किए गए या आपके खेलाफवर्ज़ी के कारण, इस समझौते और / या शर्तों के खेलाफवर्ज़ी से पैदा होने वाली और / या आपके किसी भी नुमाइंदगी और वारंटियों के खेलाफवर्ज़ी होने पर धोखाधड़ी अधिनियम के तहत आपको उचित वकील की फीस सहित जुरमाना देना होगा।
11. TaqwaMarriage.com के साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन करके आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि आपकी सेवाओं और वेबसाइट का उपयोग पूरी तरह से आपकी अपनी पसंद पर है।
12. TaqwaMarriage.com के साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन करके आप सहमत हैं कि आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी को अन्य व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों को दिया जा सकता है जो TaqwaMarriage.com के साथ रजिस्टर्ड हो सकते हैं और जो इसके साथ रजिस्टर्ड नहीं हैं।
13. Taqwamarriage.com देश भर के मुखतलिफ शहरों में अपने भागीदारों/पार्टनर्स  के साथ काम करता है और हमारे उपयोगकर्ताओं से मिलान करने और उनकी मदद करने के लिए कोशिश करता है

TaqwaMarriage.com एक डेटिंग साइट नहीं है। इसलिए सभी आने वाले सदस्य इस वेबसाइट द्वारा दी की गई जानकारी का उपयोग करके ऐसी किसी भी गतिविधि में शामिल नहीं होने का दरख्वास्त करते हैं। जो कोई भी ऐसी गतिविधि में शामिल होता है, वह नई दिल्ली, भारत में न्यायालयों के क्षेत्राधिकार/दायेरेकार के तहत अभियोजन के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
18.  Taqwamarriage.com को वेबसाइट पर सक्सेज स्टोरी के तहत प्रोफ़ाइल प्रकाशित करने का अधिकार है  ।
19. Taqwamarriage.com के पास मौजूदा रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोफाइल को निलंबित/ सस्पेंड करने या हटाने का अधिकार है यदि हम किसी भी जानकारी को गलत पाते है।
20.  कोई भी ऑनलाइन भुगतान नियम और शर्तों को स्वीकार करने के बाद नॉन रिफंडेबल होगा।
21. Taqwamarriage.com केवल एक प्रोफ़ाइल के लिए एक रजिस्ट्रेशन का उपयोग करने की इजाज़त देगा और अन्य तफ्सीलात को बदलने की इजाज़त नहीं देगा। और इसका खेलाफवर्ज़ी करने पर प्रोफ़ाइल को निलंबित या हटा दिया जाएगा।
22. आयु प्रमाण, फोटो और पता प्रमाण मांगे गए दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराकर सत्यापित किया जाएगा। पंजीकरण की तारीख से 15-30 दिनों के भीतर उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अनुरोधित दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं कराए जाने पर पंजीकरण रद्द या निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा।
